Full Time Fabricator Job Description

​Job Summary:

BCD is looking for a Full-Time Experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team of fabricators, drafters, and designers, in our Austin, TX shop. Our typical work hours are 7:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday. The fabricators work in the field on a construction site or in our metal shop.

Qualifications:

The applicant should with a minimum of 3 years experience in MIG, STICK and TIG welding, a strong work-ethic, who can thrive in a collaborative work environment.

The candidate should be friendly, organized, motivated, and have a fine eye for details.

Responsibilities:

Read plans, understand project scope, and execute projects to drawing.

Work efficiently and safely.

Manage time and organize own schedule.

Ensure tools and machinery are maintained and running safely.

Benefits:

Salary starts at $18-30 per hour, depending on skill level and experience. After 90 days, the employee has access to health insurance.
